Before you start
This questionnaire helps you assess whether your entity is a priori in scope of the NIS 2 Directive (indicative outcome only).
The test usually takes less than 5 minutes. You will need information on your sectors of activity, presence in the EU, and group size (headcount, turnover or balance sheet).
If your entity is part of a group, answer using consolidated group-level indicators (Recommendation 2003/361/EC, Article 6).
